At Cosmetic Booster B.V., we take pride in supplying authentic, high-quality beauty products sourced from trusted manufacturers. We want you to be completely satisfied with every order.

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for wholesale orders placed through Cosmetic Booster B.V. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described herein.

Our Commitment: If you are not satisfied with the quality or authenticity of any product you receive, we will work with you to resolve the issue — including a full refund or replacement where applicable.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items are unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Products include all original labels, seals, and accessories.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.
  • The return has been pre-authorized by our team via email.

Items that have been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned unless they are defective or not as described at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, or personal care products.
  • Products with broken seals (unless the seal was broken upon delivery).
  • Items purchased as part of a clearance or final-sale promotion.
  • Custom or special-order products requested specifically for your account.
  • Products with expired or tampered-with labels.
  • Digital products or documents provided alongside orders.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at info@cosmeticboosterbv.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  • Step 3: Pack the items securely in their original packaging and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.
  • Step 4: Ship the package to the return address provided in the authorization email.
  • Step 5: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.
Important: Do not ship items back without first receiving an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed and could be returned to sender at the buyer's expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Bank transfers are typically completed within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective products).
  • Partial refunds may be issued for orders returned only in part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all orders before dispatch. However, if you receive:

  • Items damaged during transit
  • Products that do not match your order
  • Products that appear counterfeit or do not meet our stated quality standards

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@cosmeticboosterbv.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Photographic evidence is required for all claims involving damaged or incorrect items. This allows us to raise a claim with our logistics partners and ensure faster resolution.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please contact us before returning. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet the same eligibility criteria as standard returns.

Any price differences between exchanged items will be invoiced or credited accordingly.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the error is ours (wrong item, defective product, or damage in transit).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
  • Cosmetic Booster B.V. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
  • Large shipments may be eligible for a prepaid return label — contact us to enquire.
