Refund policy

Return policy on customer remorse

In the event that you decide to change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return any item. For a smooth return procedure, please email us at refunds.

Only under the following circumstances can we allow returns for customer regret:

1) You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to return any item.

2) If a product has a manufacturer’s seal, it needs to be unopened.

3) The products and all of their original accessories must be in their original packaging.

4) If a consumer returns an item out of regret, the customer is responsible for covering the expense of return postage.

5) To compensate labor and administrative costs, a 10% fee will be subtracted from the total order amount.

Return policy on damaged, wrong or dysfunctional products.

If you discover any product shortages, damage, errors, or malfunctions after receiving your order, please email us at refunds.

Claims must be submitted in writing within three days of the delivery date in order to be considered. We will carry out a thorough investigation after receiving this notification and notify you of the results.

If there are any damages, we would need photographic proof.

Following the investigation, we will let you know if you need to return the items or if we can set up a credit or refund.

You will have 14 days to return these items for a refund or replacement in the previously described situation. This time frame begins the day following the day we send you a notice of return.

You will not be charged for return shipping costs when returning an item that arrives damaged, wrong or dysfunctional, as the shipping costs will be paid by us.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to the shipment date after payment has been received.

10% of the total order price will be subtracted from your refund to cover labor and administrative costs.

Please adhere to the return guidelines mentioned above that match the reason for your return if your order has already been dispatched.

Refund process

After your products are returned to our warehouse and examined by our staff, the refund process will begin.

If an order is canceled prior to shipment, a refund will be started as soon as the cancellation request is received.

It will take five to seven business days to process the refund after it is started.

The original payment method will be used for refunds.
